Chris Mosby: Senior Consultant/Partner

Using the Toyota method, Chris brings an extraordinary track record of designing and implementing Lean processes. Chris is an accomplished Senior Consultant specializing in Lean Deployment, Corporate Development and Process Improvement.

As a TPS Trainer (Lean Manufacturing Coordinator) for Toyota, he was an instrumental part of incorporating, managing and developing the "on time and under budget" Lean cultures. He incorporated this idea at three different Toyota North American assembly plants (2 in Indiana and 1 in Texas).

Chris is an authority on new plant start up and new process development. He has overseen the successful training and integration of TPS / Lean for more than 20 companies in different industries since leaving Toyota. His experience is not just limited to the factory side of Lean manufacturing, he also has a vast knowledge of Lean distribution, Lean healthcare, and Lean service.

Chris has a solid administrative background with more than fourteen years experience teaching, training and implementing "true and pure" Lean manufacturing practices and processes from the shop floor to executive management. He has had extensive training in Japan to be a TPS trainer for Toyota, focusing on cost cutting, quality and productivity. Combined with his ability to integrate Lean into other fields, Chris has gained the respect from his peers as one of the top " Lean Sensei's" in the world.
