Teaching- Assist in Lean implementations and increase Lean skills through "teach and do" practical training.

The Mosby Group provides practical training in organizational, technical and thinking aspects of Lean/TPS at all levels. We teach leaders and managers how to be teachers and developers of people in "Lean" by offering a fully developed curriculum and training modules from basic Lean understanding (bronze level) to advanced techniques and practices (gold level). Certifications are available for in-house experts in Lean tools and kaizen methods.

The Guiding Principles of Lean/TPS that the Mosby Group teaches are to empower the people, eliminate waste, make it as simple as possible, make it visual, work on one thing at a time, keep it flowing, and to build in quality.

The Mosby Group will access the current condition, stabilize it, and build a foundation for Lean. Rapid improvement projects will eliminate waste through process redesign according to TPS principles. The new approach will then be systemized through visual controls and daily management.

Study- Research and develop better ways to teach and do kaizen.

Taking clients on Lean "Benchmarking" trips will give a hands on method of applying Lean and seeing how it has been used for others.
